“Joining a group that meets even once a month                               produces the same happiness gain as doubling your income.”  *

~ This monthly virtual group will open to new members in January 2026~

Group provides a unique opportunity to benefit from the perspective and wisdom of other women in a confidential and supportive space.

This non-clinical, non-healthcare group is for women who have been in or are currently in psychotherapy, are not in crisis, and are interested in self-growth. This group is not designed to treat mental health concerns, but is designed to increase self-knowledge, connection and self-growth.

Topics/themes are decided collectively and may include: self-confidence, relationships, changing interpersonal boundaries, imposter syndrome, societal expectations, being single/partnered/dating, family-of-origin issues, using one’s voice, career direction/change, aging parents, etc.

Group becomes a touchstone and a place to have meaningful                    conversations that may be missing elsewhere in life.

Members of this group are: in their 30s and, high-functioning, insightful, and curious about themselves and others.

It’s common to feel hesitant about joining a group. Yet most women find they feel more comfortable and welcomed than they expected.

As we listen to and respond to one another, we naturally strengthen our ability to build meaningful relationships beyond group.

Group serves as a reflective mirror. It allows us to see our patterns more clearly — both the ones that support us and the ones that may limit us — and to gently shift them.
