Wednesday Evening Group (meets Virtually alternate Weds)
Time: 4:15-5:30pm (75 minutes)

In these days of increased isolation, group offers a unique opportunity to have meaningful conversations that may be missing elsewhere in life.
My groups are for women who have been in- or are currently in- psychotherapy, are not in crisis, and are interested in self-growth.
This is an ongoing group; when a member leaves the group, an opening for a new member is created.
Three virtual assessment sessions are required to assess mutual “fit,” gather history, and prepare the prospective member for group membership. *This group will have an opening in January 2024 *
